Because life happens
Jane works with bright, motivated clients who need a little bit of help getting unstuck from the places where life has happened.
While we all work hard to keep our personal lives from impacting how we show up professionally, many of us quietly struggle with the impact of grief, trauma, anxieties, sleep issues and relational hardships that keep us from being the best we can be.
Jane loves to work with executives, entrepreneurs and small business owners for their courageous drive to bring something new and exciting to the world.
Coaches are deeply insightful and have usually done a lot of work on themselves. But sometimes what makes them so good at what they do is their own childhood trauma, which might need a bit of love, care and healing too.
Doctors, nurses, health professionals, healers and chaplains care deeply for the populations they serve, often at the expense of their own emotional and relational health. They probably don’t call as soon as they should, but when they do, their work is rich, rewarding and life-changing.
Creatives ~ writers, poets and artists invite all of us to see the world in a new way, paying healing work forward by inspiring us all as to what’s possible.
Anyone else who believes there’s more to life than this – and who’s ready to find out what that might be – can benefit from Jane’s relational, spiritual, can-do approach.
Please note that Jane manages a complex teaching and travel schedule and works with clients who are able to meet remotely via video. Clients who are currently struggling with suicidality, self-harming or significant clinical issues including major depressive disorder, bipolar, borderline tendencies or OCD, are encouraged to seek help from a local, in-person therapist with the capacity to offer crisis support if needed.
